Stage 1

Discovery: What does your yard need to do?

Every great build starts with the same thing: actually understanding how you want to use the space. Entertaining? Pool parties? Quiet evenings? Pet zones? View preservation? The use cases drive every design decision after this.

On-site walk & measurement. We come to your property, take measurements, evaluate grade, drainage, and existing features.
Lifestyle conversation. How you want to use it, what you've seen and loved, what you've ruled out.
Site analysis. Sun/shade zones, drainage patterns, view corridors, soil considerations.
Realistic budget conversation. Honest range so design fits scope, not the other way around.

Stage 2

Design: See it before you build it.

Most landscapers sketch on a notepad and ask you to picture it. We deliver real 2D plans and 3D renderings showing layout, materials, planting, and lighting — all clear before a shovel hits the ground. Saves you from "I thought it would look different" surprises later.

2D site plan. Overhead view with measurements, hardscape layouts, planting locations.
3D rendering. Perspective views from key angles so you understand scale and feel.
Material selections. Paver samples, wall block options, turf grades, fixture choices — in your home's actual lighting.
Detailed written estimate. Every line item, every material, every contingency. No mid-build surprise costs.

Stage 3

Build: Same crew. Every phase.

This is where most design firms hand off and disappear. Not us. The same crew that drew your space digs the trenches, sets the base, places the pavers, builds the walls, runs the wires, and plants the beds. One team accountable to one outcome.

Excavation & grading. Done to spec for proper drainage, with utility locates.
Drainage & base prep. The unsexy work most contractors skip. Compaction in lifts, drain tile, geotextile.
Hardscape. Pavers, walls, concrete, lighting wire, irrigation infrastructure — all phase-coordinated.
Soft surfaces. Turf, sod, planting, mulch, edging, final detailing.

Typical: 2–6 weeks

Stage 4

Transform: Walkthrough. Care guide. Done.

Final detailing, system testing, and a clean handover. You get the outdoor space you've been picturing — built to last and ready to use the day we leave. No half-finished punch list. No "we'll come back next week" loose ends.

System startup. Irrigation tested, lighting aimed at night, drainage verified.
Final walkthrough. We walk every inch with you. Anything not right gets fixed before we leave.
Care guide handoff. What to do month 1, month 6, year 1 to keep everything looking great.
