Is the estimate really free?
Yes. There is zero cost or obligation. We come out, walk the property, and give you a written number. You decide what happens next.
How long until I get the estimate?
We typically schedule the on-site walk within 2–5 business days. The written estimate follows within a week of the walkthrough — sooner for simpler projects.
Will you give me a price over the phone?
For ballpark ranges, sometimes yes. For real estimates, we always do an on-site walk. Yards have hidden details (drainage, slope, access) that change pricing — we’d rather get it right than guess high or low.
What size projects do you take on?
From single paver patios up to full backyard transformations involving pools, hardscape, turf, lighting, and planting. We focus on high-end work, not basic mow-and-blow services.
Do you offer financing?
For larger projects, yes — we can connect you with reputable financing partners. Mention it during the estimate and we’ll walk you through the options.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured in the state of Utah. We’re happy to share documentation on request.
